Cowes Classic Week

Hi everyone,
You may or maynot know that the Royal London Yacht Club, who organise and run the Metre and classic keel Boat Regatta in Cowes, have welcomed our Associations interest in taking part in that event in 2009 19th - 24th July. During our AGM in November up to 9 SCOD's expressed an interest in taking part in the weeks racing. ITS NOT LIKE COWES WEEK, with plastic this and that and carbon whatnots, tearing around the place getting in the way of some proper classic boating. Its all far more gentlemanly and relaxed, on and off of the water. If we can float six or more boats, they will give us our own starts.
