When I bought Black Velvet the cushions were also missing. I cut some templates using lining paper in the empty bunks from which I got the foam cut, and then covered. It wasn't cheap - nearly 100quid a cushion but they fit well. Please note that the two saloon bunks are completely different shapes so need separate templates. In my desire to gain maximum comfort, I specified 4 inch foam which in fact is too thick to comfortably get your feet under the chart table - an inch thinner would have done the trick. Also it is worth estimating the slight bevel needed to follow the line of the hull in the forward bunks to avoid unsightly gaps.
