....the distance from the bottom of the keel to the deck amidships is 7ft 2 inches less the draught, which at this point is around 5ft gives a freeboard of around 2ft, so you just have to add the height of the coachhouse where the mast is stepped (around 1ft?) = 37feet 2 inches (?)
